This month we bring you Uncle Walt and Skeezix, the orphaned baby left on his doorstep in Frank King's long-running and beautifully designed strip,
Gasoline Alley. King's warm family strip chronicled its protagonists, lives in real time, allowing us over the years to witness Uncle Walt age while Skeezix grew to adulthood, married, and raised his own family. The 43
rd statue in the series is offered in an extremely limited edition of 600 numbered pieces. Uncle Walt comes packaged in a special litho-printed full-color tin box. Also included is a certificate of authenticity, and a vintage-style pinback button, and booklet about the characters and their creator, Frank King .
