The bioships, and Species 8472 themselves, were resistant to assimilation by the Borg and had enough firepower to destroy a Borg ship with only a couple of shots. For use with the Star Trek: Attack Wing tactical miniatures game, each reprinted ship features an all-new paint scheme with metallic, pearlescent, and translucent paints and new versions of fan-favorite cards with reworded text to improve clarity.
