After a daring escape from a secret government prison, Public Enemy must now go into hiding as they are deemed enemies of the state and terrorists. Chuck D and crew must now focus their efforts on finding and rescuing the mysterious Vincent and their fallen comrade DJ Lord. Meanwhile, the New World Order is taking control of the United States government and using their influence to turn it into a police state.
