Kid Muscle is now competing with his fellow Muscle Leaguers in some of the silliest contests ever devised and he's competing against the weirdest rivals in superhuman history. Blame it all on Ikemen McMadd, the new head of the Justice Federation, who has it in for Kid Muscle in a big way. Rating:
