From Kotobukiya. The Bulkarm Glanz is classified as a "2.5-gen" unit, created not by M.S.G, the usual developer of the Bulkarm series, but by the external company Maxwell Gears. This unit aimed to push the limits of humanoid heavy units in terms of design, rather than focusing solely on combat capabilities. Despite its ambitious technology and limited production, it achieved high mobility as a biped by sacrificing some defense and incorporating assistance wheels for maneuverability. This mobility approach, though unconventional for humanoid units, later influenced third-gen ZOATEX HEXA GEAR models. Additionally, experimental BMI (brain-machine interface) technology allowed precise limb control, enhancing the unit's human-like movements.
