The score accompanies Bong Joon-ho's madcap sci-fi satire, Mickey 17, which follows the story of Mickey Barnes, a disposable clone on the ice planet Nilfheim, played by Robert Pattinson. With a story that mixes dark humor and political themes, the film also stars Mark Ruffalo, Toni Collette, Steven Yuen, and Naomi Ackie. Composer Jung Jaeil, known for his work on Parasite and Okja, reflects on the soundtrack as his most personal yet, blending classic and intimate musical elements. Waxwork Records is excited to present the debut vinyl release of MICKEY 17 Original Motion Picture Soundtrack as a deluxe colored LP featuring "Fire Hand Pour" colored vinyl, heavyweight packaging on reverse board, and an 11"x11" art print insert.
