Speedo takes over the lead in this issue, as he finds himself in a college debate on whether or not the Holocaust ever happened. On the sidelines, Shanda and crew are still recovering from the Reign of Terror storyline, and Wing learns his fate. Art by Shelley Pleger, filling in for Heather Maranda (who's recovering from the Florida hurricane season). This issue also includes "Medics"  by Jon Crusoe and Jerry Loomis, and the conclusion of "Fawn" by Steve Addlesee and Micheal Wolff.
