A romance comedy parodying fairy tales such as Little Red Riding Hood, The Ant and the Grasshopper etc., Ryo-ko O-kami (the eponymous O-kami-san) is a tomboyish high school girl and member of the so called Otogi High School Bank "trading" club. She and the other members of the club (such as her partner Akai Ringo a.k.a. 'Little Red Riding Hood') fixes student's (or 'client') problems - at any lengths - in exchange for the student helping them out later.
