This issue, we spend some meteorological
quality time with Gen13's weather-control diva Sarah Rainmaker, in a
self-contained story featuring artwork by guest-artist Rick Mays (Kabuki:
Scarab). Luckily for dramatic purposes, she's in a foul mood. So expect
plenty of ranting and raving as well as demonstrations of the fact that the
average thunderstorm contains more potential energy than a thermonuclear
warhead.
