All subscription accounts must be set up in store before placing any initial orders (with identification and credit card for your file). If you do not have a credit card a deposit will be taken for the account which will be returned upon account cancellation. Anything ordered after the Final Order Cutoff date, or items that are allocated by the publisher are not guaranteed. Special orders for non subscription accounts must be pre-paid in store before ordering. We ask that regular subscription orders be picked up at least once a month, but preferably every 2-3 weeks. Discount tier is 10% off with a minimum of 5 regular monthly shipping comic orders (that does not include one shots or mini series). Cancellation notice must be given to us via e-mail 30 days in advance.
