Subscription/Pull Section Rules:

There is no minimum quantity of titles required for a standard Pull/Subscription List. Pull/Subscription Sections are required to be cleared out every 21 days. Any books held longer than 28 days, without express prior arrangements, will revert to "Back Issue" status (bagged & boarded with any applicable price increase) and may be sold to other customers. If arrangements have not been made within 7 days of our first attempt to contact you (after the 28 days), your list will be suspended and books will not get pulled for you until resolved.

Cancellations for Pull/Subscription titles must be made 28 days prior to us receiving the next issue that you do not want. You are under no obligation to buy anything we may have pulled for you "just in case", but our orders are locked 3 weeks before the subscription issues ship and we can't afford to be stuck with the extra inventory.

Special Orders:

Special orders require a 100% down payment prior to our placing the order for you, unless you have an already established credit account with us.

General Return Policy:

Returns/Exchanges
are only accepted within 14 days of purchase and must be accompanied by receipt. Collectible, clearance, and opened items are NOT returnable. Refunds will be as Gift Card only.
