Stuff Your Mom Hates (SYMH) Subscriber Terms of Service

Welcome to Stuff Your Mom Hates (SYMH)! These Terms of Service (“TOS”) govern the relationship between SYMH (the “Store”) and you, the subscriber (“Subscriber”), regarding comic book subscriptions through Previews World Pullbox. By using our subscription services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility
To subscribe to our comic book pull service, you must:

Be at least 18 years old.
Have a valid email address and phone number.
Agree to these TOS and any future updates.
2. Subscription Method
Our store uses PreviewsWorld Pullbox to manage comic book subscriptions. By subscribing, you agree to:

Create an account on the PreviewsWorld Pullbox platform.
Select your desired comic books for subscription through the Pullbox platform.
Manage your subscription orders, including additions or cancellations, via the Pullbox platform.
3. Order Cut-Off Dates
Previews Orders: Previews World Pullbox orders must be submitted by the final order cut-off (FOC) date set by Previews World. Missing the FOC may result in delayed or unavailable comics.
Store Cut-Off: For special orders, including variants or limited editions, the Store may have additional cut-off dates. Please contact us for these dates.
Store Availability: Ratio variants are not guaranteed. Ordering a ratio copy is permitted however the order may be refunded due to availability.  Please contact us with questions.
4. Holding Period
The Store will hold your subscribed comics for 0 Days after their release. We reserve the right to return the items to stock unless prior arrangements have been made. Paid for Books and items Will be held for 14 days before refunding unless prior arrangements have been made.
For long-term holds, please contact us to discuss options. Special conditions may apply, including deposits.
5. Payment Terms
Prepayment: payment is required  prior to shipping. You will be notified in advance if prepayment is required.
Non-Pickup Penalties: If comics are not picked up within the specified holding period, the Store reserves the right to cancel your subscription (after 2 account issues) or apply a restocking fee of 30% of total retail non sale retail price.
6. Cancellations and Modifications
Cancellations by Subscriber: You may cancel or modify your subscription items through Previews World Pullbox before the FOC date. Once the FOC date has passed, cancellations or modifications cannot be made.
Cancellations by the Store: The Store reserves the right to cancel or modify your subscription in the event of non-payment, failure to pick up items, or other violations of these TOS. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any cancellations.
7. Special Orders
Some items, such as exclusive variants or limited-edition comics, may require special orders. Availability is subject to the publisher’s stock and ordering deadlines. Prepayment may be required for these items.
8. Discounts and Promotions
Subscribers may be eligible for special discounts or promotions. Any discounts will be applied to qualifying purchases at the time of payment. Discounts are subject to change without notice.
9. Privacy and Data
The Store respects your privacy. We collect personal information such as your name, email, and contact details for the purpose of managing your subscription. We will not share your information with third parties except as necessary to process your subscription or as required by law.

10. Returns and Refunds
Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged comic, please notify the Store immediately. We will arrange a replacement if available or issue a refund in the original payment form.
Refunds: Refunds are only available for prepayments on canceled special orders. Refunds are not available for comics that are not picked up within the holding period.
11. Amendments to the TOS
The Store reserves the right to update or amend these TOS at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email and will be posted on our website. Your continued use of the subscription service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
