Our Pull & Hold service is free of charge and has no minimum number of required titles.

We do ask that you not let more than 90 days of releases build up in your pull at any time and that you discuss with us any circumstances that might require a longer hold time for your subscribed titles.

We understand that life gets in the way sometime so please don't hesitate to pause or cancel your subscriptions at any time.

We also ask that if you are giving up on a title that you just let us know rather than putting it back on the shelf when you see it in your box. It'll help us keep our number of shelf copies at a healthy level and ensure that customers get a chance to see the widest variety of titles that we can offer them when they visit.

We reserve the right to deny our Pull & Hold services to any customer based on what we perceive and define to be inappropriate behavior regarding the service. We want to provide the service to as many of our customers as we possibly can as it helps to make sure that we order appropriately to provide the very best service to each and every one of you but we also understand that it entails extra effort for our staff and that means that we want to make sure that it is a service held for those who understand and respect our staff and our efforts.
