Gil Kane, whose career spanned almost the entire history of American comic books, was one of the most influential artists to work in the medium. This book takes an inside look at the history and development of American comic books through interviews with Kane and some of his most important collaborators. These interviews, conducted by Daniel Herman, author of Gil Kane: The Art of the Comics, explore a wide range of topics which focus on the development of comic book storytelling in the last half of the twentieth century.
