The second wave of DC Collectibles' BATMAN BLACK & WHITE MINI FIGURES BLIND BAGS (MAR198721) are available to order!
Every blind bag contains one of six different 3.75-inch tall PVC figures expertly designed by some of the best talents in the business. This wave of mini figures includes figures based on art by:

- Frank Quitely (Robin)
- Michael Allred (Batman)
- John Romita Jr. (Batman)
- Gary Frank (Batman)
- Eduardo Risso (Batman)
They may be ordered by the case only. Each case contains 18 figures wrapped in high-quality foil blind bags, priced at $5.00 each!
