McFarlane Toys Kicks Off Star Trek Line August 29

McFarlane Toys' long-awaited Star Trek toy line is officially underway! 

Captains James T. Kirk and Jean-Luc Picard (OCT178045, $19.99) kick off the line as the first two seven-inch action figures. Captain Kirk is shown in his Command Yellow Starfleet uniform and will come with a Type II Phaser, a Communicator, and a Phaser Rifle. Captain Picard is shown in his Command Red Starfleet (Type B) uniform and will come with a Type II Phaser and the Ressikan Flute, from the episode Inner Light.  

Each figure comes with multiple articulation points, a branded stylized base and a collector's edition window box. 

These are just McFarlane's first foray into the Star Trek line, as the company has plans for more action figures, role play weapons and accessories for the new Star Trek: Discovery television series and the entire Star Trek Prime Universe, ranging from the iconic classic television series Star Trek: The Original Series to the legendary films.
