Sony Developing Morbius The Living Vampire Film

Sony Pictures is reportedly developing a film about Spider-Man antihero Morbius, the Living Vampire.
Power Rangers movie writers Burk Sharpless and Matt Sazama have submitted a script to the studio for the project. The screenwriters previously worked on Dracula Untold, The Last Witch Hunter, and Gods of Egypt.
Morbius was created by writer Roy Thomas and artist Gil Kane. He debuted in Marvel's Amazing Spider-Man #101 in 1971.
