My favorite underrated kid’s comic is collected in trade paperback format for the first time!
Growing up, Nickelodeon’s Spongebob Squarepants was must-watch television for an afternoon escape. The comic does an outstanding job of translating everything that makes the show great, and adds its own flavor in a way that only comics can do.
The many stories in the trade are self-contained with consistently great art, and can be read in short bursts. Featuring work from Chuck Dixon, James Kochalka, Derek Drymon, and many more, each storyteller brings passion to the page. It’s a joy to see a wide array of artists interpret everyone’s favorite aquatic characters in Bikini Bottoms in their own style.
