Firefly Actor Ron Glass Dies at 71

Ron Glass, best know for to comic fans for his work on Firefly and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. has died at the age of 71 from respiratory failure. Glass, who had been working in Hollywood since the 1970s joined the short-lived series Firefly as Shepherd Derrial Book and reprised the role for the feature film Serenity. The cast and crew of the series shared their memories and condolences on Twitter including Nathan Fillion, Alan Tudyk, and Joss Whedon.
