An unlikely team of four "Bitter Souls" led by a mysterious Pastor embark on strange adventures that explore Louisiana's bloody history. After being given powers directly related to their worst character flaws, each individual is given a chance at redemption by defending New Orleans from the ghosts, spooks and things that go bump in the night.
