Skybound’s Kill the Minotaur Headed for Big Screen

In an exclusive report on September 21, The Hollywood Reporter announced that Robert Kirkman’s Skybound Entertainment and Universal Pictures will adapt the hit comic series Kill the Minotaur.

The creators of the book, Christian Cantamessa and Chris Pasetto, will write the screenplay. Kirkman will produce the feature with David Alpert and Bryan Furst & Sean Furst, the company’s co-presidents of TV & film.

"When we created the comic, we wanted to put our own spin on a classic Greek myth, incorporating strong relatable characters and spectacular scenes so it would read like a blockbuster movie,” the writers said in a statement. “It’s a dream come true that we can now make this story come alive on the big screen.”
