• Top Cow Productions has cancelled Impaler #6 (JUL090445) and will combine the solicited contents of that issue with those of Impaler #5 (MAY090397) to create an oversized issue under that item code. As a result, the price of Impaler #5 has changed from $2.99 to $4.99. Orders placed for Impaler #5 under its original code (JAN071936D) have been cancelled.

MARVEL COMICS
• The following Marvel Special Variants have been cancelled: Hulk #20 (DEC090508D), Incredible Hulk #607 (DEC090511D), Ultimate Comics Avengers #6 (DEC090471D), Ultimate Comics Spider-Man #7 (DEC090473D), and X-Men Forever #18 (DEC090571D)

• Dominic Fortune TP (DEC090620, $19.99) will also include the previously unsolicited Dominic Fortune digital comic by Dean Motter & Greg Scott.  Also, the book’s title has changed to Dominic Fortune: It Can Happen Here and Now TP.

• Ms. Marvel #49 (NOV090478, $2.99) and #50 (DEC090516, $3.99) will have pencils by Ben Oliver in addition to Sana Takeda.

• Marvel Boy: Uranian #1 (NOV090492, $3.99) will contain a previously unsolicited reprint along with a 22-page main story, with an unchanged price.

• Black Widow: Deadly Origin #1 — 2nd Ptg. Variant (OCT098023, $3.99) has been cancelled.

• NECA’s Terminator 2 T-800 Battle-Damage12” AF (JUL091475, $36.99), pictured with two head styles in its solicitation, will ship with the battle-damaged head only in February/March of 2010.
